What we deliver

Commercial electrical services

Electrical problems build quietly: overloaded panels, circuits added over the years, deferred maintenance. They surface as tripped breakers, failed inspections or a service that can't support the next expansion.

Panel and service upgrades. Load studies, panel replacements, subpanels and service entrance upgrades with utility coordination.

Tenant improvements and new construction. Rough-in, branch circuits, feeders and power distribution to the schedule.

Lighting and controls. LED retrofits, occupancy and daylight controls and emergency egress lighting.

EV charging. Capacity assessment, circuits, load management and installation.

Maintenance and repair. Thermal imaging, connection tightening, troubleshooting and code corrections.

FAQ

Commercial electrical questions

How much does commercial electrical work cost?

A commercial panel upgrade typically runs $5,000 to $15,000. A tenant improvement electrical package for a mid-size office commonly runs $15,000 to $50,000. Service upgrades that need utility coordination, and larger buildings, are priced by design.

Are your electricians certified?

Yes. WCC holds CSLB C-10 electrical contractor license #819788, and California requires electricians working for C-10 contractors to be state-certified. We pull permits and schedule inspections on every job that needs them.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We prepare submittals, pull permits, coordinate with the building department and utility, schedule inspections and deliver panel schedules and as-builts at closeout.

Can you upgrade an older panel or service?

Yes. We start with a load study to size the service correctly, then coordinate the utility, permits and shutdown so the upgrade happens with as little downtime as possible.

Do you install EV chargers?

Yes. We assess panel and service capacity, design circuits and load management, and install commercial EV charging for offices, fleets and properties.

Do you work on tenant improvements and new construction?

Yes. We coordinate with the general contractor and other trades, rough in to the schedule and finish ready for inspection.

Can you handle electrical and low voltage on the same job?

Yes, and that's the main reason clients use us. One crew coordinates power, cabling, security and AV, so pathways and backboxes are planned once and trades don't step on each other.
