How much does AV installation cost?
A huddle room typically runs $5,000 to $12,000 installed, a standard conference room $12,000 to $30,000, and a boardroom or large meeting space $30,000 to $75,000 or more. Paging, sound masking and digital signage are priced by building size and device count.
What AV systems does WCC install?
Conference and meeting room systems, video conferencing, digital signage, paging and PA, distributed audio and background music, sound masking, classroom AV, and TV distribution.
Is AV equipment E-Rate eligible?
No. Displays, projectors, audio systems and other AV equipment are not E-Rate eligible. The network cabling and switches that support AV can be, so school projects are often split between funded and unfunded scopes.
Do you work with our IT team?
Yes. Modern AV runs on the network, so we coordinate VLANs, PoE, QoS and wired drops with your IT team, or handle the network ourselves.
How long does an AV installation take?
A single conference room usually takes one to three days once equipment arrives. Multi-room projects are phased by floor or building around your schedule.
Do you service existing AV systems?
Yes. We assess, repair, upgrade and add to existing systems, and can tell you whether a room is worth fixing or should be replaced.
Can you add paging or sound masking to an occupied building?
Yes. Ceiling speakers and masking emitters install above the ceiling with limited disruption, and most work can be done after hours.
