We install SYSTIMAX copper and fiber, including GigaSPEED X10D Cat6A, LazrSPEED multimode and TeraSPEED single-mode fiber, and every link is tested and submitted so the system qualifies for CommScope's extended channel warranty of up to 25 years. Only certified installers can register that warranty.

Why SYSTIMAX certification matters
When an architect or owner specifies SYSTIMAX, the specification almost always requires a CommScope-certified installer, because the extended warranty can only be registered by one. A non-certified contractor can buy and install the same cable and jacks, but the owner gets a standard product warranty instead of the 25-year channel and application coverage they specified. On bid work, that usually means the submittal is rejected or the warranty is quietly lost at closeout.
WCC's certification means our installers are trained on CommScope's installation methods, our work follows CommScope's standards for bend radius, pair untwist, pathway fill and labeling, and our test results and documentation are accepted for warranty registration. It also means we can submit as the certified installer on projects where the spec names SYSTIMAX.

How the CommScope warranty works
CommScope's extended warranty programs cover the full channel, cable plus connectivity, for up to 25 years, depending on the product line and program. To qualify, the system has to be installed by a CommScope-certified contractor using matched CommScope components, and every link has to pass testing. At closeout we submit the test results and documentation CommScope requires for registration.
