Epson FAQs

How many lumens do we need?

We size brightness for screen size and ambient light. Typical conference rooms land between 4,000–7,000 lumens; classrooms often 3,500–5,500; large venues scale higher.

Short-throw vs. ultra-short-throw?

Short-throw sits near the screen but still projects across the room; ultra-short-throw sits inches from the wall to minimize shadows and glare—great with ALR screens.

Can we make it interactive?

Yes—BrightLink adds touch/pen interactivity for annotation and whiteboarding. We include calibration and simple presets for instructors or presenters.

What about control and monitoring?

We tie projectors into room control and network monitoring so admins can see status, receive alerts, and trigger power or input changes as needed.

What do we receive at handoff?

As-built drawings, lens/throw calculations, IP plans, labeled photos, configuration exports, and runbooks—plus admin and end-user training.
