Android or Windows for Teams/Zoom Rooms?

Both are viable. Android bars are simple and fast for small/medium rooms. Windows kits add flexibility for peripherals and complex spaces. We match the platform to your room types and support model.

How do you handle mic coverage?

We map seating and select table/ceiling microphones accordingly, then tune gain, AEC, and presets. Larger rooms may use multiple zones and wireless options for presenters.

Can we support BYOD as well as native Teams/Zoom?

Yes. We include USB-C/HDMI ingest and define a clear handoff between the room system and guest laptops, with signage and UI cues to avoid confusion.

What does installation include?

Mounting, cabling, labeling, configuration, camera framing, audio tuning, and validation test calls—plus drawings and photos in the as-builts.

What do we receive at handoff?
