AI solutions for business

AI video analytics, AI cybersecurity, AI access control and Microsoft Copilot set up by WCC inside the platforms you already use, with governance and training before anything goes live.

The short answer

WCC doesn't build AI models. We configure and tune the AI already built into video, security, access control and Microsoft 365, set the guardrails first, pilot it with one team or site, and then scale. No data scientists or new infrastructure required.

What we deliver

Practical AI inside the systems you run

Most AI capability now ships inside platforms you already pay for. The hard part is configuring it for your sites, protecting your data and getting people to use it.

We follow the NIST AI Risk Management Framework for governance.

AI video. Person and vehicle search, license plates and smart alerts on Verkada, Avigilon Alta and Rhombus.

AI cybersecurity. AI threat detection and response across network, endpoint and identity.

AI access control. Unusual access alerts and combined video and door investigations.

Microsoft Copilot. Permissions cleanup, Purview labels, rollout and training.

How we deploy

Assess, govern, pilot, scale

Assess and govern

Find the use cases worth doing, measure a baseline, and set permissions, labels and logging.

Before any AI goes live

Pilot

Turn AI on for one team or site, tune it and measure the results.

Weeks, not months

Scale

Roll out by group with training and quarterly reviews of usage and licensing.

Only after the pilot proves out

Why WCC

Why organizations choose WCC for AI

AI features sit on top of cameras, networks and Microsoft 365. We install and run all of those, so AI isn't bolted onto systems we don't know.

Physical and IT security together. Video, access control, networks and Microsoft 365 from one team.

Not tied to one vendor. The right platform for each job.

Guardrails first. Governance configured before features go live.

In California since 2003. Local engineers who know your sites.

FAQ

AI solutions questions

What does an AI integrator do?

An AI integrator sets up and tunes the AI features built into commercial platforms, rather than building models from scratch. WCC configures AI in video surveillance, cybersecurity, access control and Microsoft Copilot, with the governance and training that make it useful.

Do we need a data science team?

No. These AI features come pre-trained by the vendor for specific jobs like license plate recognition, threat detection or drafting documents. Your team uses them through normal dashboards and Office apps.

Is AI safe with sensitive business data?

When configured correctly. Enterprise platforms like Microsoft 365 Copilot keep your prompts and data inside your tenant and don't use them to train foundation models. We set up permissions, data labeling and audit logging before AI features go live.

Where does AI pay off first?

Usually in three places: searching video in seconds instead of hours, filtering security alerts so analysts see what matters, and saving staff time on meetings, email and documents with Copilot. We measure a baseline first so results can be compared.

Can we start small?

Yes, and we recommend it. Start with one site, one team or one use case, measure results, then expand.

What does Copilot readiness involve?

Cleaning up file permissions, labeling sensitive data with Microsoft Purview, and training users, so Copilot only surfaces what each person should see. See Microsoft Copilot deployment.
