Contract vehicles for public agencies and schools
Buy WCC's cabling, networking, security, AV and managed IT services through CMAS or OMNIA Partners, often without running a separate formal bid.

The short answer
WCC holds CMAS and OMNIA Partners contracts, so California agencies, schools and districts can buy from us through an already-competed contract. Where a manufacturer holds a NASPO ValuePoint or Sourcewell award, we can often deliver through it as an authorized partner.

FAQ
Contract vehicle questions
What contract vehicles does WCC hold?
WCC holds CMAS (California Multiple Award Schedules) and OMNIA Partners contracts. Through manufacturers' cooperative awards, such as NASPO ValuePoint or Sourcewell, we can often deliver as an authorized partner. Tell us which vehicle your agency prefers and we'll confirm what applies.
Who can use these contracts?
CMAS is available to California state agencies and to local agencies such as cities, counties, school districts, community colleges and special districts. OMNIA Partners contracts are available to public agencies, schools and some nonprofits nationwide.
Does a contract vehicle replace a bid?
Often it can stand in for running your own formal bid, because the contract was already competitively awarded. Your agency's purchasing rules still apply, including how many quotes to collect and what documentation to keep, so check with your procurement office.
Is prevailing wage required?
It depends on the work, not the contract vehicle. Installation work on public projects, such as cabling, electrical and security installs, generally requires prevailing wage. WCC is registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations and provides certified payroll.
Can E-Rate projects use these contracts?
E-Rate has its own competitive bidding rules through USAC, separate from cooperative contracts. See E-Rate technology solutions.
