Do you deploy Logitech in native mode or USB (BYOD) mode?
Both. Most rooms run in native Teams/Zoom/Meet with Tap IP for one-touch join. We enable USB mode where BYOD is required (e.g., guests, special apps) and document the switch-over process.
How do you cover large tables and odd-shaped rooms?
We add mic pods or ceiling microphones, position Rally Bar for optimal FOV, and use Logitech Sight to capture table-level participants for more natural framing. We also address acoustics with soft finishes where needed.
How are Logitech systems managed at scale?
Logitech Sync provides inventory, health, remote updates, and alerting. We integrate Sync notifications with your IT workflows and provide naming conventions, VLAN, and QoS guidance.
What about cabling and network requirements?
We provide low-voltage cabling, power, and pathway plans; ensure PoE capacity for Tap IP/Scheduler; and validate VLANs, DHCP, NTP, and firewall rules required by your chosen platform.
How do warranties and service work?
We include Logitech standard warranties and can quote extended coverage and service plans. Our handoff includes SKUs, serials, entitlement details, and renewal timelines for easy asset management.
What do we receive at handoff?
