Room Designs We Build
From huddle rooms to boardrooms, we size microphone coverage, processing, and loudspeakers; align with your UC platform; and document standards for repeatable rollouts.
Huddle (2–4)
MXA linear array near display; simple presets; USB bridge for BYOD.
Small Rooms (4–8)
MXA linear array + DSP; clean cable paths; auto-mix & mute logic.
Medium Rooms (8–14)
MXA ceiling array; coverage tuned for table; dual-display audio mapping.
Large / Boardroom
Multiple arrays, MXW wireless for a presenter; zoned amplification.
Divisible / Training
Room combine logic, signage for mode, operator-friendly UI.
BYOD & Hybrid
USB-C ingest via interface; clear device handoff; resilient cabling.

FAQ
Shure FAQs
Do you recommend ceiling or linear arrays?
Depends on the room. Ceiling arrays cover larger tables and irregular layouts; linear arrays near the display work well in smaller rooms and huddle spaces.
How do you handle echo and noise?
We configure IntelliMix for AEC, noise reduction, and auto-mixing, then verify with test calls and on-site measurements to confirm intelligibility.
Can you integrate with Teams, Zoom, and Meet?
Yes. We align the signal path for your chosen platform, define presets for join/leave and content, and document USB/PC connections for reliability.
What about a wireless microphone for presenters?
We add a Microflex Wireless microphone where mobility is needed (training, Q&A, town halls), with charging docks and a clear channel plan.
How do you address acoustics?
We recommend practical treatments (soft finishes, placement) and tune the system (gain/EQ/dynamics) to control reverb and background noise.
What do we receive at handoff?
As-built drawings, Designer/IntelliMix files, IP plans, port maps, labeled photos, and runbooks—plus admin and end-user training.
